Founded in March 2003 by Professor Zhou Bifang, Former Director of the Astronomical Instrument Development Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences,Nanjing Intane Optical Engineering Co., Ltd. isa high-tech enterpriselocated at Nanjing Goldenport Science and Technology Innovation Center a state-level incubator in the northeast of Nanjing. TheCompanyis engaged inoptical system engineering, observatory engineering, precision optical materials, elements and lenses, opto-mechatronics instruments, and related technical products.
Intane boosts a full-fledged technical team of R&D, design and manufacturing inspection, and nearly 200 employees, including 1 professor enjoying the State Council Special Allowance, 3 doctor's degree holders, 3 researcher, and 15 master's degree holders.TheCompany has been granted over 30 patentswhilemore than 30 patents and software copyrights are under examination. In active response to the "industry-university-research integration" initiative inChina, the Company hasestablished the provincial graduate workstation and practice basein collaboration with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Yangzhou University, Changchun University of Science and Technology, and Nanjing Technician College. including a variety of pioneering products such as serialized collimators, various customized detection systems, and nanoscale advanced optical elements.
The Company hasacomplete set of production lines and a series of state-of-the-art inspection equipment for advanced optics processing, coating and integration, assembly and commissioning of precision instruments, including the ion beam polishing equipment imported from Germany, 4" and 6" ZYGO interferometers, 600mm flat interferometer, U.S.-imported 4D dynamic interferometers of various specifications, spherometers, TRIOPTICS centration instruments and other state-of-the-art inspection equipment.Intane Opticsalso suppliesthe independently developed CNC polishing machine with small grinding head, swing arm polishing machine, jet polishing machine, and other cutting-edge CNC processing equipment, to offerthe controllable rapid manufacturing capability of optical elements innanoscaleor even sub-nanoscale.As a result.
