Large-aperture aspheric elements with high laser damage threshold

Intane Optics carried out research on the ultra-smooth surface processing technology for ULE material, and achieved the roughness of flat and spherical substrates of less than 0.5nm and the roughness of aspherical substrate of less than 1.0nm; added to this, the strong laser damage threshold coating process was studied on the ultra-smooth ULE substrate to achieve the following: In the event of continuous laser irradiation with an average power of 6000 watts at the 1080 band, the laser absorption rate was less than 1/10,000, the withstand time being longer than 1.5 minutes per cycle, and the accumulated working time without failure exceeding 500 hours.
